Product: HP Pavilion 23bw 23-inch Diagonal IPS LED Backlit Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Tried to follow directions I found, but buttons only display which button (by Number) was pressed and then "Key Pass."

@Will7411 -- does "key pass" mean that it is asking for some password?
When the screen is actually receiving a video-stream, does it display that stream?
Does the monitor have multiple video-input ports (HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA, DVI, et cetera), and have you switched it to "listen" to whatever device (game box, computer, DVD player) that is sending a video-stream to the monitor?
