OMEN 27i Monitor
Microsoft Windows 11

My monitor stopped working and I have been unable to use it since. After going through HP support we have determined its the monitor at fault. There is power getting to the monitor as there is a light that is on where the power cable connects to the monitor however the main indicator light on the front is off. Support did manage to help me to get it on again by holding the power button for 20 seconds then plugging it in again. The monitor is not working at all via HDMI and works for a few seconds on Display Port before a load of multi coloured rectangles appear. We tried with different cables and devices with the same results. I get that it's out of support but I'm frustrated that there is no repair service that I can opt to pay for. The monitor cost £499 when I purchased it just 3 years ago, I really don't want to have to dispose of it. After many years of great support from HP for various products I own, this is a real let down. Does anyone have any idea where I might go to get a monitor repaired?
