Product: HP M27ha FHD Monitor

My M27ha monitor stopped working tonight. It first had half the screen darkened, now it won't show anything. I have tried a different laptop, cable, resetting power, etc. Nothing has fixed it, the monitor is broken.

 

I tried to get support help, but HP shows incorrectly that my 1-year warranty has expired. I purchased this monitor on July 15, 2022 from Amazon. HP shows that the warranty started on May 13, 2022.

 

How do I get the warranty information updated so that I can get this replaced?
