Hello everyone! Every 2-4 weeks my monitor displays the old TV static screen with two thin black streaks at the top, and I need to re-plug the HDMI cable. I did a GPU hardware test using HP Hardware Diagnostics, and it didn't find anything, although I'm not sure how much I trust software testing hardware. I have an under 1-year old HP Pavilion TP01-2165z (all drivers are up to date, especially the graphics driver). It could be my monitor, but I'm not sure. It's new, under 1 year old, 1440p @144hz but it was cheap, and the quality of the entire product isn't the best. It's an HKC monitor from Amazon. My HDMI cable doesn't show any signs of wear and tear. My monitor has extensive screen tearing (despite having AMD FreeSync™ ON) and a lot of blurring. Also, is it normal for my monitor to have AMD FreeSync™ Premium and it just shows AMD FreeSync™ in the AMD Software: Adrenaline edition? Thanks, and have a great day! 😄
