Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-ds0011dx

When my computer randomly restarts it closes out of every app. Then when I open my computer back up, it opens random things on my computer as well as the keyboard bugging out. sometimes it won't even type, or the caps will be on when the light is not on. then it will randomly highlight things on the screen as well. but the thing is, it is not a scheduled thing, it's always random when it happens. this has been happening for well over a year now and when I took it into geek squad they said they couldn't do anything about it. I have ran diagnostics and there is no virus, so I am not really sure what to do at this point. I know this computer is pretty pricy and as a college student i can not have this going on much longer nor do I have to money to buy another computer.
