I keep getting the following error message:
HP My Display touchsmart OSD has stopped working.
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
No solution has ever been provided. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how I can stop it?
Thank you

Hi there @ArnieBa,
May the Forums be with you! I understand that the HP My Display software is no longer working for you. I am happy to assist you with this.
Checking a few models of the 610 I found that for those I looked at there are drivers and utilities for Windows 7 and 8, but not for Windows 10. Please post the full product number for your computer, so I can check for your specific model. See the following, if you need help with that information. HP Desktop PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number, Serial Number or Product Number?
Assuming that your model also does not have specific Windows 10 drivers, then you can always try reloading the driver, or the My Display software, as a Windows 10 update may have broken the application. Another choice would be to try to use System Restore to load a previous group of system settings from a time when the application was working in Windows 10, assuming that you have a valid restore point available to use.
Please let me know whether that works for you, and if it does resolve your issue, please mark this post as a solution. Kudos would also be appreciated.

Thank you for the information. Checking the support page for that model: HP TouchSmart 610-1230uk Desktop PC, there are drivers and software only for Windows 7 and 8.
You can try using either the Windows 7 or 8 version, and download and install the "HP My Display Application" which can be found inthe "Software -Solutions" section.
