My HP Omen laptop showing horizontal and vertical lines and the issue is not internal

this image has been taken from the phone of the laptop screen. The display is showing these horizontal lines. Everything was fine before it this started suddenly . The internal is fine because when i am taking screen shot from laptop itself and transfering it there are no lines in it but on the outer screen as in the above pohot i am getting these lines. please help
