My HP Touchsmart 600 desktop
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My HP Touchsmart 600 desktop computer has a roughly 5 inch square dead spot on the upper left hand corner of the screen.  Is this a problem that can be easily repaired?  If so, can this be repaired locally?

Thank you...

@ButchBob, welcome to the forum.

If your computer is out of warranty, I suggest that you find a reputable computer repair shop locally to see what they have to say.  It shouldn't be too difficult for them to repair it.

Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.

Thank you so much.  I am pleased to hear that it can actually be repaired.  I was hoping the damage was not permanent.
