My Hp 23es is not turning on

The monitor isn't turning on, I have tried several different PC's And power adapters, the light at the back is on but the one on the front and the screen isn't

I see that you are facing issues with your HP 23es Monitor.

As you have tried all the steps, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair. 

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this web link
Note: Select your country from the dropdown,  enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
