HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 15-dk1035nr

Every couple minutes a cmd prompt will minimize my game and show me a cmd prompt and then it will disappear and I have to tab back in and it gets very annoying I was wondering if there was any way I could make it stop popping up.

I assume this happens only during game play.

1 - Check for game patches

2 - Game may be trying to "phone home" or cannot find a required file.  Check windows event log under "application" for error messages originating from the game.  Look under "system" for connection failures such as DNS lookup

3 - Can you read the the contents (if any) or the title of the command window?  Please capture the title of the command prompt and any text in the box using the Windows key + shift + "S" and post back here.  If the prompt disappears too quick to read (this has happened to me) then use any of the free screen recorders to capture the command prompt information
