Product: HP Chromebook 14 inch 14a-nd0000 (480Q0AV)
Operating System: Chrome OS

The product name above is what comes up and shows a dark grey screen on a  light grey keyboard base and is 14a-nd0000 but my laptop is 14a-nd0002na, all light grey. Has this laptop been discontinued for any reason and that’s why it’s not coming up? Will I be able to get it fixed cheap?
