Hi @Pongsaphat67,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your laptop's display!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Display Cable and Connection: Ensure that the display cable is properly connected if you have been inside the laptop for any reason, such as upgrading components.

Update Graphics Drivers: Outdated or corrupt graphics drivers can cause display issues.

  • Visit the HP website or use the HP Support Assistant to check for driver updates.
  • You can also manually update the graphics driver via Device Manager:
    • Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display adapters, right-click on your adapter, and select Update driver.

Graphics Settings: If possible, try adjusting the color settings in your graphics control panel (such as Intel HD Graphics Control Panel, NVIDIA Control Panel, or AMD Radeon Settings) to see if it resolves the pink screen issue.

Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your laptop is up to date with the latest Windows patches and updates:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.

Run System Diagnostics: Use HP's built-in diagnostics to see if there are hardware issues.

  • Restart your laptop and immediately press Esc repeatedly to enter the Startup Menu.
  • Select F2 to run system diagnostics.

Backup Important Files: Given the blue screen incident and current performance issues, it's a good idea to backup your important files in case the hard drive is failing.

Reset Your Laptop: As a last resort, consider resetting your laptop to restore factory settings (this will erase all personal data, so ensure you've backed up your files first):

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery.
  • Choose Reset this PC, then select Keep my files or Remove everything.

I hope this helps.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍
