Hi @Mfaslp ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
It seems that your HP All-In-One 22-B012 (Touch) is experiencing a black shadow in the top right corner after being in use for about an hour. This issue might stem from various factors, such as a display problem, a graphics driver issue, or a hardware malfunction.
Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
-
Check for Updates: Ensure that both the operating system and graphics drivers are up to date. Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause display anomalies.
-
Screen Calibration: Access the display settings to check if any calibration adjustments can fix the shadow issue.
-
Hardware Check: If the problem persists, it might indicate a hardware problem. Contact HP Support or a technician to diagnose and repair the hardware issue.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
