All in one computer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The computer turns on, HP logo displays, and then the screen goes blank, well I’m not sure if I should even say blank because the loading icon just spins and spins and spins like it wants to load but it doesn’t. I can’t touch the screen and where I touch it’ll show...... I’ve tried all reboots I can and still nothing 😕 what can it be?
