I Do I need to download new drivers, I am out of ideas so would really appreciate some help

Apologies for my delayed response,
Keyboard model - TPC-C002K
Mouse Model - TPC-C001M
Windows 11
Had an error message once, right as I turned my computer on, I havent had it since but if I recall the screen was black with white writing & it said something about keyboard driver error, apologies I don't have more. I have the exact same keyboard & mouse with one of my other computers, this connects via USB & I connected it to my computer & it works fine so I assume it must be driver/Bluetooth related issue. Hope this helps & Look forward to your response.
