I need to know what power supply/power cord I need to buy and where to find it. My old one is MIA just need the power supply.

I cross referenced the 2nd power supply with other models that part is used in, and it appears you can buy a compatible genuine HP power supply with the cord included on eBay for much less than buying new from HP.
