I need to scan my passport into the Delta Airline Website.  The scanner isn't working.

That will certainly make it more difficult.

 

Much depends on your printer model, whether it is supported by (and connected to) the device where you are running the application, and perhaps other applications / software installed and supported on the device (computer, tablet, phone).

 

Without any additional context to what you have and what you are doing, we can certainly offer general help.

 

Reminders

 

Scanning Passports generally require that you (your printer / app) can scan the content "at size".

That means you don't want to scan the "Entire" flatbed when you only need to scan a small corner to capture the content.

 

Most apps, including HP Smart (Windows / Mobile) do include a method to edit the content boundaries and / or edit (Crop) the edges of the content before saving.

 

In General, most apps require that the printer and the device running the application are on the same network.

For example,

Topic:  Use the HP Smart app scan options

Section Scan multi-page two-sided documents (HP Smart app)

When the website support page opens, Select (as available) a Category > Topic > Subtopic

NOTE: Content depends on device type and Operating System

 

Categories: Warranty Check, Alerts, Troubleshooting, Ink & Paper, HP Software & Drivers / Firmware Updates, Setup & User Guides, Product Specifications, Account & Registration, Warranty & Repair

 

Open 

 Product Home - Printers

 Enter the device type and model name of your HP product

OR

 Select a saved product from HP Account Dashboard
