Hello Friends,
I purchased HP All-in-one last year. When I try to connect any external devices such as Dell Laptop/HP Laptop/Mac book HP all in one is not able to detect anything at all. I tired using HDMI to HDMI Cable, HDMI to C Cable, C cable to C cable or vice versa but nothing works. I contacted HP Service center. No Hardware issues were found. HP person came in person to check it but did not have a resolution.
All drivers updated. Any help would be highly appreciated.
Regards
Nakul

I am not sure what the problem is.
You mention all-in-one but you did not give the model of the printer.
Printers are peripherals and connect using Wi-Fi or Ethernet to the router.
They can connect to a PC using USB or Wi-Fi direct. I do not know of any all-in-one printers that use HDMI to connect.
General help for new router or printer
1 - Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer
2 - Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change
3 - HP Smart help with printer connection.
Please provide the exact model name of the printer for better assistance as I may be able to find videos to show how to connect or fix the problem. A printer can be a PRO or a PLUS or have the letter 'e' after the number and that can make a big difference. Some printers with the same number ID could be a LaserJet, Deskjet, or Officejet.
