Product: HP Z40c G3 WUHD Curved Display

Hi 
I bought a new HP Z40c G3 monitor, and I have installed all the needed software and driver including HP Device Bridge and HP Display Center But the Integrated Camera is still not working. When I open the HP Display Center> Cmera a massage pop up saying Camera Preview Not Available  Camera Shutter is closed  Please check your camera.
I am very thankful for any help and support
