HP M22f FHD Monitor
Microsoft Windows 11

I'm one very unhappy camper.  My HP monitor has become defective and HP will honor the warranty.  However, I will not receive a replacement monitor until HP receives the defective one.  That means I will be without a usable computer for over a week.  I've been a loyal HP customer for decades, have never had a problem or return or warranty claim before.  Yet HP doesn't trust me to return the defective monitor after I receive the replacement?  I will think twice about ordering from HP in the future.  Thanks for letting me vent, good day, all.

Thank you for your prompt reply.  When clicking the link you provided, all I get is a page which says:

I did go through support chat originally and was provided with the information I stated above about not having a monitor for over a week, the chat agent confirmed this, and said there was no other option.

Never mind the previous post, I opened the link using Edge instead of Firefox and it worked.  I will try to call tomorrow, thank you.

Hi, Alden.  After speaking with HP support on the phone, there is no way they will ship me a replacement monitor until after the defective monitor arrives at HP and their techs have examined it.  Thanks for trying to help.  I will definitely not buy another HP monitor and will be reviewing the warranty terms on all my other HP products to see if this applies to them also.  Thanks again.

Thank you for trying to help, but HP is refusing to budge.  They are making me feel like I am trying to scam them instead of treating me like a loyal customer.  Trust works both ways, I always trusted HP to do the right thing, but now I am not receiving the same consideration in return.  Thanks again, have a great day.
