HP Pavilion AiO PC 27-ca2000i (6L7D8AV)

OSD BUTTON NOT WORKING.  CANNOT MANEUVER UP/DOWN/LEFT/OR RIGHT WITH ARROW BUTTONS. WHATEVER THE ARROW LANDS ON IT GETS STUCK THERE AND I CANNOT CHANGE IT TO SOMETHING ELSE.  I'M TRYING TO SELECT POWER, TURN ON WIRELESS CHARGING. I GOT AS FAR AS WIRELESS CHARGING ONE TIME BUT IT DID NOT GIVE ME AN OPTION TO TURN IF FROM OFF TO ON.

Hi, thank you for responding so quickly!  I finally figured out that my OSD button was fine -- what I was doing wrong was that I was pressing too hard on the up and down arrows and having them make a clicking sound, when all I needed to do was "lightly" hold my finger on the  button and "guide" the arrows to my selection, and that worked perfectly!  I didn't see this instruction addressed in the User Guide or in the solution forum, so hopefully this revelation will help resolve someone else's problem too.    Thanks again, and have a great day!

Hi @LCLARK053,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with navigating the OSD (On-Screen Display) menu on your HP Pavilion AiO PC 27. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Restart the PC: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve software glitches that may be causing the OSD navigation problem.
  • Check for Updates: Make sure your PC's operating system and drivers are up to date. Sometimes, outdated software can cause compatibility issues.
  • Check OSD Button: Ensure that the physical OSD button on your monitor is not stuck or malfunctioning. Press it gently to see if it responds properly.
  • Try Different Input Devices: If you're using an external keyboard or mouse to navigate the OSD menu, try using different ones to see if the issue persists. This will help determine if the problem lies with the input devices.
  • Reset Monitor Settings: Most monitors have an option to reset all settings to factory defaults. Look for this option in the OSD menu. If you can't access it due to navigation issues, check the monitor's user manual for instructions on performing a reset using physical buttons.

By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with navigating the OSD menu on your HP Pavilion AiO PC 27.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
