Product: Hp deskjet ink advantage 5275
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Recently the touch screen buttons on the right corner on my hp deskjet advantage 5275, is grey and unresponsive. Buttons such as ok and done cannot be used, resulting in a frustrating experience.

@Lee_Lynch -- can you "drag-and-drop" the window containing the "OK" or "DONE" buttons to the left of the screen, so that you can click them?
Or, on your keyboard, tap the TAB key, maybe a few times, until you see a "box" around the word "OK". Then, press the ENTER key on your keyboard, to simulate a "click".
Or, replace the failing touch-screen.
