So, this morning, I went to turn my computer on, and noticed that the monitor wasn't showing anything, but it was on and was acting like it was receiving signal as normal. I let it sit for some time to see if it was the PC itself (an Omen 45L) not booting up properly without any luck. I decided it was best to see if it was a display issue, so I hard reset the monitor, unplugged and plugged the monitor back in, and still nothing. Lastly, I decided to check what would happen if I used an HDMI cable instead of the Display Port cable and input, and I got image back on the monitor. I then tested the Display Port cable on a different monitor to see if it was the cable itself -- same port slot on the PC -- and it also worked just fine. I then deduced it must be a problem with the Display Port slot on the monitor itself.
I've checked the drivers, and they all seem up to date. The only thing that I can't wrap my head around is the fact that my computer's OS version (Windows 11 Home 23H2) is nowhere to be seen around the Softwares and Drivers section of HP Support. I wonder if the drivers aren't fully updated because it's a newer version of Windows 11?
Anyway, any and all help is mega appreciated.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with getting display using the DP port on your Monitor.
-Perform a power drain on your PC.
1) Unplug the power cord from the PC & wall.
2) Disconnect the power cable from the AC adapter if it is a detachable part and keep it aside.
3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the AC adapter, then connect it to the wall and to the charging port on your PC.
5) Power on the PC and check if it works now.
-Update the BIOS for your PC by clicking on the link.
Make sure you keep only the charger plugged in while updating the BIOS for your PC.
Click on the + sign next to BIOS and then download the file.
Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
-Install all the pending updates for the Windows operating system following the below steps and let me know if that resolves the issue.
Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates. If the upgrade is available for your device and you want to proceed, download and install it.
