Product: hp touchsmart 610-1160
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Hi I need your help.I have an hp touchsmart 610-1160 computer. My hp mouse stopped working so I bought a wireless logitech mouse m280.I connected to the usb port on the left side of the computer. The keyboard is the original hp keyboard that came with the computer and the receiver is connected on the back. For some time it was going well. But now sometimes when iam working the on screen keyboard appears alone without touching it.
Could it be an interference? Something between the keyboard and mouse?
Perhaps it could be better to put the mouse receiver together with the keyboard receiver on the back?
i will be very grateful if you help me.
Many thanks!
Edith
