Dear HP Customer Support,
I am writing this email with extreme frustration and anger. I
purchased an HP laptop, model number HP 15 dw 4041ne, one year ago in Qatar, and it has been a nightmare ever
since. The laptop came with a defective battery right from the start.
Despite being under warranty, your service team failed to replace the
battery, citing delays as it is shipped from another country. This
unacceptable delay has left me using a faulty product for an entire
year.
To add insult to injury, now that the warranty has expired, HP refuses
to replace the battery or the laptop. This is an outrageous breach of
customer trust and a blatant disregard for consumer rights. The issue
was reported during the warranty period, yet your company failed to
take any effective action. This is absolutely unacceptable and
infuriating.
I demand immediate action to resolve this situation. Specifically, I
am insisting on either:
1. A prompt replacement of the defective battery at no cost to me, as
this issue was reported and acknowledged during the warranty period.
2. A replacement laptop of equivalent or superior specifications, to
compensate for the prolonged inconvenience and the utter failure of
HP's customer service.
I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter. Should
this issue remain unresolved, I will escalate this further through
consumer protection channels and ensure that I spread the word about
HP's appalling customer service. I have been a loyal HP customer, but
this experience has completely shattered my trust in your brand.
Fix this now!
Sincerely,
Arush
