The PC started beeping yesterday on start-up, screen was black, didnt show any usual BIOS loading, but after like 4 cycles of beeping just turned out the Sign In page and seemed to work fine. But it does this now every time i turn the PC on. The only upgrade that i did over the weekend is new monitors that use Display Port cables instead of the previous HDMI. The PC has 3 Display Port entries and 1 HDMI entry. Why when using Display Port cables OR 1HDMI & 1 Display Port it starts to beep on startup?
From some online research it suggests that 3 slow beeps followed by 3 fast beeps = “The embedded controller has timed out waiting for BIOS to return from graphics card initialisation”
When i use 2 HDMI cables (one with a display port adapter) it no longer beeps.

The resolution and refresh rate you are trying to run on the monitor is not supported by the DP cable. Please read this post by @Prométhée
Try a lower resolution and refresh for both monitors. Note the warning below
