Hi all. I have a question about replacing touch screen in my Pavilion 27-a154ng.
I have a problem with finding the right part in services. I think my part (broken touch screen) is acording to specification from HP side this one - > ODD Bezel - White Fangio27. My display screen is ok, only touch screen was damaged.
I was looking on this side:

Thank you for youre time and help.

Thank you for responding,
It's great to have you back 😉
I'm afraid HP doesn't have the digitizer as a stand alone part for your model,
you will have to purchase the touchscreen with LCD screen as a whole to get it to work.
And to clarify the part you had mentioned - "ODD Bezel - White Fangio27" is an Optical drive bezel and has nothing to do with the LCD, touchscreen or the digitizer.
If you would like to thank me for my efforts to help you,
feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,
Followed by clicking on "Accept as solution" button for my efforts to help you.
Have a great day!

Thank you for joining HP Forums.
I'll be glad to help you 🙂
As I understand you want to replace the touchscreen,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Did you identify the part number for ODD bezel on google images? as it would show which part its referring to.
That said, the part you need is listed below:
864360-003 - Panel - LCD QHD ZBD HD W/BZL White, Fangio27
863850-003 - Panel - LCD FHD ZBD HD W/BZL White, Fangio27
Alternatively, you can contact HP to have the parts either repaired or replaced:
HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: http://h22207.www2.hp.com/us-en/?openCLC=true
(1) Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.
(2) Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.
(3) Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.
(4) Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get the phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
They will be happy to assist you immediately.
If the unit is under warranty repair services under the manufacturer's warranty will be free of charge.
Keep me posted,
If the information I've provided was helpful,
