Hi.
i have a Pavilion Desktop - 570-p030nj
he stopped showing signal on my (working) screen
there is power for the fans (no error beeping) and power light and such but no signal
from what i understand the problem is the onboard VGA (and HDMI) port (following these steps https://support.hp.com/bg-en/document/c03518095#c03518095_listen )
i have a few questions
- 1. is there a way to verify that this is the problem
- 2. there is an Video Graphics (on PCI-E x16 socket) with no ports - AMD Radeon R5 435. what is it used for?
- 3. and if i would replace this Video Graphics with new one with ports can it replace the onboard faulty ports and fixed the problem?

Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05400938
It has AMD Radeon R5 435 (2 GB) video card and clearly says Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed. Therefore no on-board ports work.
>>>> can i add Video Graphics instead?
As shown on its specs, it already has a video card.
