Product: HP All In One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I send photos from my iPhone 11 Pro Max phone to email, and I try to open the picture up on my HP Desktop All In One

and I get the message File Corrupted.  I experimented and sent emails with this same picture attached to another iPhone and a Galaxy phone, and they both opened up perfectly.  I also sent it to my Ipad, and it worked fine.  So it appears that something on the HP computer is causing the files to be read corruptable.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried sending the file via Bluetooth to your computer?
  • Could you please share the error message picture?
