HP Touchsmart 310

I have A HP Touchsmart. Power button may be stuck. The computer does not power on. Lights come on in the back of the monitor when the power cord is in.  The screen stays black and does not power on.

@Lillizzard Is the power button physically stuck? If not, here's what should help:

  • Ensure your device is OFF.
  • Unplug all the external devices (If any).
  • Disconnect the power cord from the PSU,
  • Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.
  • Connect the power supply (power cord).
  • Press the power button to turn on your desktop.
