My computer does not work.
- the power light indicator turns on
- the fan runs
- Keyboard does not work
- Bluetooth indicator light does not appear
- monitor does not turn on
- it does not make any beeping sound when power button is pushed
- AC power adapter is intact, and all original HP products are used
It's been this way for two days. Due to quarantine, I cannot take in to be serviced, but I seriously need to find out what the problem is, and if it can be fixed from home. I'd rather speak to an actual human being because the "virtual assistant" was unfortunately ineffective.

@HFW-Forgood Welcome to HP Community!
Please perform the below steps:
Perform a hard reset (Remove all cables from the AIO, hold the power button in for 30 seconds, reconnect the cables and restart the PC)
If the issue persists, Access the BIOS by tapping on F10 during the restart and if the computer restarts while you are in the BIOS screen, it would confirm a hardware failure and you need to contact HP for a hardware service.
However, if it doesn't turn off while you are in BIOS, restart the computer and Tap on F11, to attempt a system restore followed by a system recovery to resolve the issue (follow the screen instructions for details).
