Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Computer will boot with the card installed.

Card not showing in device manager.

No issues showing in device manager.

Cannot load drivers because cannot locate board.

Help will be appreciated !!

RE: support article - step 6

My BIOS is CAR_714.ROM v7.14

There is no option in the BIOS setup for either disabling the default video or enabling another (that is - no reference to a primary video adapter).

 

Also, the HP support page for my machine (S5-1114, running on Windows 10 fully updated)) does not list ANY available drivers or updates.

I was especially looking for a BIOS update that would have some options for the video.

Do you think a BIOS update might be available?
