I have a 27er monitor. The OSD acts erratically. When I can display the OSD Main Menu, it will either scroll contiuously up and down the menu OR  it won't let me scroll at all. At the Quick View menu, it won't let me scroll up or down. The Up or Down arrows only closes the menu. What's up with that?

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Are you able to Restore the Monitor settings back to factory settings using the OSD Menu?

If you are unable to Restore it, please contact HP Support in your region for service options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Thank you

Thank you, KrazyToad! I would be satisfied if I could reset to default settings but I can't even do that. The closest service center is about 40 miles from my house and they want me to bring in the monitor for diagnostics. I'll try to do that soon.
