Product: OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P6AV)
I have just recently purchased HP Omen 30L Gaming Desktop PC GT13-1047na | AMD Ryzen 7-5800X Processor | 16GB HyperX DDR4 RAM | 512GB SSD + 2TB HDD | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 GPU | Microsoft Windows 11 Home. I have just started to play some games on it and after about 3-5 minuets of playing the PC completely crashes. Prior to the crash all the fans kick in. Has anyone got the same experiences, are there any fixes or do i just need to return the item?
I have all the latest drivers and I uninstalled the Nvidea graphics driver for an old one just in case that was the issue but the same result. The games its crashed on are Diablo 4, Farcry 5 and even Fallout 4.
