Repair of HP all-in-one curved screen

How and where can I get the HP curved display repaired? I have taken it to best buy and Fix-it but they will not repair and say only HP can repair, when I call or email HP I cannot get an answer

HP does not typically accept out-of-warranty repair requests.

IF the device is in Warranty, try submitting a case to HP Support.

Conjecture - Worth the words typed - might not be worth more than that...

This might be one of those instances where the device is actually not repairable by a third party repair house - monitors, even the fancy ones, might not contain any easily replaced components.  Some / many / all repair houses might not even attempt a repair on a monitor.  Don't give up - but be prepared...
