Product: HP P274 27-inch Monitor

I accidently cracked my monitors screen but dropping it like 3”. Its out of warranty and i am struggling to find information on replacement screens so i can do it myself. 
any help is appreciated!

which is a standalone monitor. There are millions and millions of monitors around. You can use same monitor (could be a bit old now) or buy a newer model. You don't need exactly the same.
