Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Where can I find parts for my OMEN by HP 32 32-inch Display? Model # W9S97AA

 

My daughter took a paper clip and completely scratched the display screen.

After doing some research looks like looks like the part number is 865851-001. I have emailed all the online retailers and the one that have gotten back to me say they don't have access to quote this item. Anyone have access to the pricing?

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

I suggest you contact HP Support and they should be able to get it replaced or repaired for you. Since this is an accidental damage ( Scratches ) there will be charges

 

Click on this link- www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
