Hello from the EY Meeting Room Support Team,

 

We are experiencing an issue with an HP Presence MTR device situated in 

 

Issue Description: The HP Presence display port cable appears to be faulty. Although the device itself is functioning properly, the cable is not. We kindly request that you issue a replacement cable. Please check the attachment for reference.
