Additional Information
Monitor: The latest firmware is installed
Samsung Tablet S9: Android 13 / Ui6)

Testing: Connecting the Tablet S9 to a Dell or Apple monitor does not cause this issue

Does anyone have a solution ?

I know it works on HDMI port (USB-C from Samsung  HDMI on monitor). Have you tried that ?
