Hi

My screen appearance has shrinked from full size to smaller/square size (with black spaces in both sides). How do I resize it?

What is the product number of your HP Notebook? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Have you tried checking with an external monitor does the issue persist?

Does the issue persist on the BIOS page?

Did you try to update the display drivers either using Windows update or using HP Support Assistant.

 

Could you please respond to this post with the details so that I can provide you with accurate solution which should help you resolve this issue.
