Microsoft Windows 11

My HP model  TPC-Q067-22 screen broke trying to remove it so I could upgrade the memory. I tried connecting the unit to my TV via HDMI while I order a replacement screen but it doesn't seem to work. Is there some way to get this work around working?

While trying to find the right part number to order for the replacement screen the HP site says the serial number is for a different product not the TPC-Q067-22. What is the correct part number then?

Thanks for you asistance in advance.

@Norm_RR, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

HDMI Display Troubleshooting Steps

Connect the HDMI cable from the PC to the TV.

Turn on the TV and set it to the correct HDMI input.

Power on the PC.

Wait 30 seconds for the system to boot.

Press Windows + P on the keyboard.

Press the Down Arrow key once.

Press Enter to select "Second screen only."

If no display appears, repeat steps 5–7 using different arrow key directions (Up/Down) and press Enter again.

Try pressing Fn + F4 or F4 alone to toggle display modes (this varies by model).

Ensure an external USB keyboard is connected if the built-in one is non-functional.

Let me know if the display appears after these steps.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
