Product: Pavilion 23
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Good evening,

My HP Pavilion 23 has been having some screen issues for some time. When the computer goes to sleep and is awaken, the screen stays dim, I have to restart the computer for the display to be normal. I have checked all that I can think of. Has anyone found a solution to this?

I understand that the computer display is dim while woke up from the sleep mode.

 

I would suggest you install the latest BIOS and check for the issue.
