Hello,
This laptop is about 2 years old and I'm unsure what happened. I know that the screen is broken, but all I get is this when I open my laptop.
I know that everything else works properly because when I sign in, things move in the background to show me that i really did sign in. I enter my PIN and it lets me into the desktop. I was wondering if there was some way I could fix this from home?
