Screen does not power on

HP Recommended
HP 24ea 23.8-inch IPS Display
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)


Screen does not turn on. 

Checked pc with another screen, pc is ok, not an issue with pc.

Screen gets power (white light at back of panel lights up) but does not respond to power button at bottom right. 


Warranty status:  
Active: Covered under Manufacturer warranty  6  months remaining
Product number:X6W26AA
Please can you tell me how I can contact support, other than with messenger or WhatsApp. I'd prefer email or some form of ticket system but that does not seem possible.
