My monitor 'HP 24es' occasionally flashes black a few times in quick succession every so often and I dont know what the problem is. I've researched different ways to fix this problem but none of them have worked. Im currently using 2 monitors and the first one I've got is a 'Packard Bell Viseo 243D' and that one is working perfectly fine and hasn't got this issue that my HP one has. I sent back one 'HP 24es' monitor already thinking that the monitor was broken and got a replacement, but the second one (the one I've got now) is still having this issue. So I decided to format my pc and have a fresh install of Windows 10 to see if that fixes it but it didnt and the HP monitor is still flashing. Any ideas on how I can fix this issue?

I understand that your HP 24es Monitor keeps blinking off and off and you are seeking assistance in getting it fixed. I am providing you with some steps you can try below:
Step 1. Unplug the power cord from the back of the monitor and the wall
Step 2. Hold the power button down for at least one minute
Step 3. Plug the power cord back into the monitor and then into the wall outlet (not a power bar or surge protector)
Step 4. Press the Menu button on the monitor
Step 5. Navigate to the Factory Reset option and select it
If the above steps did not resolve your issue you can try the monitor on a computer or other device to see if the issue persists. If it does I think it would be best if you contact our HP phone support for available options. If your product is out of warranty, please choose paid options to get the to the tech support number.
