Microsoft Windows 11

Hi all, my screen is disappearing from the sides, blurring out, This has been happening over a period of time but we are unsure why. Any ideas?

This could be a bug or a feature.  You did not list the monitor (or TV?) that had the problem.

Here are pictures that a Dell user posted and was told it was not bad enough to return

Here are pictures showing it is a feature call "local dimming"

If you squeeze the edge does the lighting improve?  If so there is a backlight problem.  I have that issue on my surface pro 4 but I did not want to glue the new screen down tight as it is too difficult to remove when replacing the battery.
