You will have to do an online search to see if anyone carries it and will ship it to you.
IF you are unsure of the quality of any part you order online, then make to to verify that the seller will provide a full refund if you return it for any reason.
As to replacing the screen, these All-in-Ones are especially fragile and not only is it very easy to crack a screen prying off the case, it is equally easy to crack it putting the case back on. The safest, but most expensive, approach would be to see if a local PC place will so the repairs for you.
