No response or solution posted for that.
I removed extensions, notifications, and ran a adwcleaner scan and cleaned what it found. Will see if it helps.
The issue arises when scrolling thru a web page on Google Chrome.
The computer seems to be still running in the background, can hear the sounds.
The only way to fix is turn the computer off then back on.
Doesn't seem to happen doing anything else on the computer, just Google Chrome.
