I have recently bought an HP Pavillion AiO 27-d1021na PC and connected a second monitor (LG 27uk670) so I can work in an extended desktop. The built in monitor has a 3840x2160 resolution but the additional monitor only gives me up to 1920x1080.
I tested the LG monitor on its own and it can provide 3840x2160 so monitor is not the issue. I also tried Mirrored function and both monitors can give 3840x2160 in that function but not on extended monitor function.
I work on windows 11 so I presumed its a Drivers issue, downloaded the latest driver for video card (after HP live assistant proposed it) but this caused the system to go to automatic repair and I had to reset everything on the PC.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Are you using Windows 10 OS or Windows 11 OS on this computer?
- When was the last time it worked fine?
Keep me posted for further assistance.
