This is a Plug N Play Monitor and should not require additional drivers to work
Have you tried connecting this monitor to another Device or OS?
Try reducing the resolution on your Mac and let me know if that helps
To change the display resolution on your Mac, click the Apple menu → click System Preferences → click Display → click the Scaled option → select the resolution or display scaling you want to use.
